I can't guess what's on your mind.
I can't guess how your thoughts unwind.

I don't know what you love to eat.
Wonder if it's veggies or is it meat?

I wonder what kind of books you like.
Is it a car you drive or do you ride a bike?

What is it that makes you smile on a bad day?
When things go wrong, what do you say?

Is it sunshine that you like or is it the rain?
Are you a fighter or one who laments in vain?

Are you the sort who talks on and on?
Are you the type who loves the dawn?

The answers to these won't come on a platter.
But right now, it actually doesn't matter.

For now, however, all I want to say -
Is that a glimpse of you just made my day!
